History

Ancient Rome (753 BC -476 AD) – The Roman Empire was one of the greatest civilizations in history, which influenced law, architecture, and culture. The Middle Ages and the Renaissance (the 5th -1700s): Italy was divided into cities such as Venice, Florence and Milan. Renaissance, great art and scholarship time began with artists such as Leonardo da Vinci and Michael Angelo in Italy. After many years of partition, Italy was re-met as a nation in 1861.
